Job Description:
Inspire Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Infant / Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our pediatric team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. This position supports newborns, infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.

Compensation: $40 – $50/hour
Qualifications:
- Current Oregon Physical Therapist license
- Minimum of 2 years pediatric physical therapy experience
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations for children from birth to 12 years using standardized tools, observation, caregiver input, and clinical judgment
- Analyze findings to identify impairments, functional limitations, and participation restrictions relative to developmental norms
- Develop, implement, and update individualized, evidence-based plans of care aligned with medical needs and family goals
- Deliver skilled, hands-on interventions to improve mobility, strength, motor control, balance, coordination, and functional participation
- Complete timely, accurate documentation in compliance with Oregon practice act, APTA standards, payer requirements, and clinic policies
- Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems and appropriate use of AI-enabled documentation tools
- Ensure documentation supports medical necessity, measurable outcomes, and continuity of care
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, physicians, educators, and community partners
- Provide culturally responsive education, home programs, and progress updates to caregivers
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy and APTA
- Participate in continuing education, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives
- Strong foundation in pediatric development, motor learning, and evidence-based interventions
- Excellent clinical reasoning for orthopedic and developmental pediatric conditions
- Proficiency with standardized pediatric outcome measures
- Hands-on treatment skills including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and play-based interventions
- Clear, compliant clinical documentation and regulatory knowledge
- Strong communication and coaching skills for family engagement
- Effective time management and caseload prioritization
