Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM during the school year
- Modified schedule during summer and school breaks
Compensation
$50.00 – $55.00 per hour
Higher compensation may be considered for highly experienced candidates.

Education:
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
- Current CPR certification
- 5+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience
- Experience treating infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients
- Outpatient pediatric or private practice experience preferred
- Familiarity with Stride EMR or similar systems is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations for infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients
- Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide skilled hands-on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional skills
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one care with a focus on family education and home programming
- Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Stay current with evidence-based pediatric physical therapy practices
- Mentor and support newer therapists and team members
- Assist in the development of infant/toddler and pediatric orthopedic programs
- Participate in community outreach and relationship-building initiatives
- Contribute to educational resources and practice growth efforts

- Strong understanding of infant/toddler development and pediatric orthopedic rehabilitation
