Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM during the school year
  • Modified schedule during summer and school breaks

Compensation

$50.00 – $55.00 per hour
Higher compensation may be considered for highly experienced candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
  • Active Oregon Physical Therapist license
  • Current CPR certification
  • 5+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience
  • Experience treating infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients
  • Outpatient pediatric or private practice experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Stride EMR or similar systems is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations for infants, toddlers, and pediatric orthopedic patients
  • Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans
  • Provide skilled hands-on therapy to improve mobility, coordination, strength, and functional skills
  • Deliver high-quality one-on-one care with a focus on family education and home programming
  • Collaborate with caregivers and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  • Stay current with evidence-based pediatric physical therapy practices
  • Mentor and support newer therapists and team members
  • Assist in the development of infant/toddler and pediatric orthopedic programs
  • Participate in community outreach and relationship-building initiatives
  • Contribute to educational resources and practice growth efforts
